Shipping to Italy
The Customer can choose between several ways of delivery, the costs and the delivery times vary:

Shipping is handled by our courier, GLS. SIRPEA SRL cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays.
International Shipment
International delivery is handled by GLS. Shipping costs and delivery times are:

Outside the European Union, customs or import taxes may add to the price of our products and are the responsibility of the customer. The customer can refer to the local custom office and GLS.
Returns and exchange
Wishing to return your products? No worries.
You can return your products to us using a recorded delivery service at your own expense (including custom or import taxes for non EU countries), unless the order was prepared incorrectly from our end. Without a tracking number, your package will not be processed. We also recommend you to send us an email when the package has been collected and it is on its way to us: info@veganandorganic.com
We will send you the delivery address of our warehouse upon request.
Please note that the products need to be in perfect condition and securely packed to avoid damage during transport and in order for us to process the full refund or exchange of the products.
